Are you a motivated and experienced Senior Recovery Nurse looking for a new opportunity? Leaders In Care are seeking a Lead Recovery Nurse to join their theatre team at a state-of-the-art hospital in Oxfordshire.

This role offers a competitive salary of £42,000 - £49,000 per year, plus an enticing welcome bonus. You'll enjoy 25 days of leave plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell flexi leave. Additionally, you'll benefit from private medical cover and the chance to add your partner and dependants.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting newly qualified nurses, and advocating for the Ramsay Way. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through free training and development programs.

The ideal candidate will have registration with the NMC/HCPC and over 3 years of recovery experience.
