Theatre Excellence Coach

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Excellence Coach to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Theatre Excellence Coach, you will play a key role in improving the quality of care provided to patients across our hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support practitioners in clinical areas through coaching and mentoring techniques, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with senior clinical staff to develop and implement policies to enhance learning in the knowledge and provision of perioperative care.
  • Act as a role model and clinical expert to colleagues, guiding practice and assessing competence to ensure that all staff are competent and capable practitioners.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
