Orthopaedic Theatre Support Specialist

This challenging and rewarding role involves working as part of a close-knit Orthopaedic team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury. As a Theatre Scrub Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of theatre sessions and providing vital support to surgeons during procedures.
What You Will Do:- You will maintain accurate records of surgical instruments and supplies, guaranteeing their availability when needed
- A safe and efficient theatre environment is paramount; you will take responsibility for its upkeep and maintenance
- In this fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach will be essential in supporting surgeons and colleagues
