About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Community Volunteer Co-ordinator to join our team at Chester Voluntary Action. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our volunteer programme, recruiting and training volunteers, and supporting them to find suitable activities and contribute to their personal development.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the volunteer programme, including recruiting, placing, and retaining volunteers.
  • Work closely with staff to develop new activities and apply for funding.
  • Support volunteers to enhance their experience and contribute to their personal development.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
