About the Job

We are seeking an highly skilled Office Management Coordinator to join our team at Tyler Griffen Limited. As an Office Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Directors, Managers, and PAs, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and performing various administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and performing other administrative duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing correspondence and scheduling meetings
  • Preparing reports and performing various administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administration
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly proficient in MS Office software
