Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our medical office team as a Medical Office Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our medical office, including audio typing, editing, and proofreading clinical letters and reports.

You will work closely with our medical staff to ensure that all correspondence is dispatched within our target turnaround times and use your excellent IT skills to accurately input and retrieve patient information using our Patient Administration System (PAS).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality administrative support in a busy healthcare environment.
