Job Description
The Senior Administration Officer - OTDT Medical Teams will play a pivotal role in supporting the governance of our Organ Tissue Donation and Transplantation (OTDT) Medical Team Advisory Groups. This involves working closely with our Group Advisory Chairs to ensure effective governance and coordination across a wide portfolio of advisory groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own projects while servicing meetings for our teams, advising committee members about ongoing business, and arranging ad-hoc meetings and events as required.
Main Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Reviewing and developing policies to improve outcomes for patients
- Assessing outcomes and working with partners and stakeholders to implement changes
- Managing project work, including coordinating and monitoring follow-up actions arising from meetings
- Drafting documents and correspondence for Advisory Group Chairs in respect of business arising from the groups
- Coordinating and attending meetings, including biannual Advisory Group meetings
- Preparing and circulating documents for comment and analysis
- Presenting data analysis to the Advisory Groups and compiling and publishing meeting summaries, minutes, and action logs
