Job Overview: CV-Library is currently looking for a skilled Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Office Manager in providing high-quality legal services.

**Responsibilities:*** Greet visitors and clients, and ensure they receive a warm welcome.* Maintain a safe and welcoming office environment, keeping all areas tidy and organized.* Coordinate events and meetings, ordering catering and supplies as necessary.* Oversee the firm's travel arrangements, booking hotels and transportation for staff.* Ensure all company vehicles are properly maintained and managed.* Liaise with IT support to resolve technical issues, and oversee phone and video conferencing systems.* Monitor and manage the office budget, tracking expenses and preparing reports as required.

**Requirements:*** Strong organizational and time management skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.* Basic accounting knowledge and experience with financial software.

**Benefits:** We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:* Competitive salary: £15,000 per annum.* Generous annual leave allowance: 25 days (pro rata), increasing by one day every three years up to a maximum of 28 days.* Permanent health insurance.* Private medical insurance.* Death in Service insurance: four times salary.* Stakeholder pension scheme: 5% employee contribution, 3% employer contribution.
