Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Secretarial Coordinator to join our professional liability team in Bristol. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial services, supporting our busy team of fee earners.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for preparing documents, reports, and presentations, managing diaries, and coordinating travel arrangements. Additionally, you will assist with tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave. To be considered, you must have at least 1-2 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a law firm or similar industry.
