Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the overall housekeeping operations, supervising and coordinating the work of housekeeping staff, and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping department, including supervising staff and coordinating tasks.
  2. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
  3. Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, including ordering, receiving, and storing.
  4. Handle guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Provide leadership and motivation to the housekeeping team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a housekeeping role, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
