We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our team at THE PIG - in the Cotswolds, Cirencester.

About the Role

As Deputy Head Housekeeper, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Housekeeper in the efficient running of our housekeeping team. You will be responsible for assisting with the development and management of a team of Room Attendants and Linen Porters, ensuring exceptional standards across all areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Housekeeper in the management of the housekeeping team, including setting an example, encouraging development, and conducting monthly performance reviews.
  • Take responsibility for the preparation and cleanliness of all bedrooms and public areas, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Liaise with the maintenance team and manage all linen, deliveries, and stock.
  • Support the Head Housekeeper in the absence of, ensuring the condition of all furnishings, fittings, and equipment.
