Deputy Head Housekeeper Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our team at the luxurious Covent Garden Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain the hotel's high standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to the highest level.
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
  • Work closely with senior management to implement and uphold procedures and standards that enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team members excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure our guests have a flawless experience.
