About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our dynamic team at the luxurious Covent Garden Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation that our guests have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain the hotel's high standards.
  • Ensure all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to the highest level, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
  • Work closely with senior management to implement and uphold procedures and standards that enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team members excel in their roles.
