About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our team at The Mayfair Townhouse, a luxurious lifestyle hotel in the heart of Mayfair, London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the housekeeping department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper
  • Support team training, inductions, and ongoing development to ensure high standards of service
  • Complete administrative duties as per company standards, including liaison with Front Office and Engineering
  • Support the Executive Housekeeper in meeting departmental targets and hold regular meetings with staff to ensure effective communication
