About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our Education Team, overseeing a School PFI contract in Doncaster and Sheffield. This role will involve managing a team of professionals delivering a Total Facilities Management (TFM) solution across six schools.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all supporting functions operate efficiently to maximize profitability and service levels.
  • Identify, manage, and reduce unnecessary costs and inefficiencies; effectively control business risks.
  • Provide clear direction, focus, and consistency across the contract.
  • Collaborate closely with the client to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Lead and motivate delivery teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Oversee financial management, including reviewing project schedules and budgets.
  • Establish robust on-site procedures and conduct daily checks to ensure compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, problem-solving, and risk mitigation.
  • Seek out ways to enhance information provided for commercial or practical benefit.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Contract Management within Facilities Management is essential.
  • A strong understanding of TFM delivery is required.
  • PFI experience is desirable.
  • Experience in staff management and leadership.
  • IOSH certification is preferred.
