Job Summary

The Alcohol & Drug Service is seeking a highly skilled Case Manager Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Early Intervention Team, you will be responsible for providing expert and effective practice around substance misuse treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to support individuals struggling with substance misuse
  • Work closely with clients to identify and address underlying issues contributing to their substance misuse
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on substance misuse and recovery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in substance misuse treatment and case management
  • Strong knowledge of substance misuse treatment principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
