- Bid and Proposal Management: Write and manage bids and proposals to secure new orders and contracts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
- Project Planning and Management: Develop and deliver robust project plans to meet customer requirements and ensure timely project completion.
- Market Analysis and Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate favorable commercial terms and contracts with customers to drive business growth and profitability.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including commercial management, project management, and proposal writing.
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar commercial role at an engineering or manufacturing company.
- Qualifications: Engineering qualification or equivalent.
