Job Title: Advisor - Policy

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advisor - Policy to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our care experienced young people.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working with care experienced young people and has a strong understanding of the challenges they face. As a Policy Advisor, you will be responsible for working closely with our team to develop and implement policies that support the needs of our young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Policies: Work with our team to develop and implement policies that support the needs of our care experienced young people.
  2. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders, including local authorities, schools, and other organizations, to ensure that our policies are aligned with their needs and expectations.
  3. Provide Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to our team members on policy-related matters, ensuring that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality services to our young people.
  4. Monitor and Evaluate: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our policies, making recommendations for improvement and ensuring that our services are meeting the needs of our young people.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: GCSEs A-C or equivalent, including English and Maths, and educated to A Level standard or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Compliance: Current Standard DBS check.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37 hours per week.
