Our client offers a wide range of services, including project management, cost consultancy, and client-side programme and development management, with a deep expertise in public sector housing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and manage design-related risks to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, designers, and clients through Design Team Meetings and Risk Workshops.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the pre-construction phase of projects to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide essential information to contractors to manage health and safety throughout the construction phase.
  • Conduct interim Health & Safety inspections and review site records to ensure compliance.
  • Review Contractor's Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan to ensure it meets regulatory requirements.
  • Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in designing, building surveying, or building services.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development (CPD) to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
