About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Advisor to join our People Advice team at Superdrug. As an integral part of our Retail People operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing day-to-day employee relations queries from our store teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide well-considered advice on a variety of case types, reflecting Company policy and current employment law, in the right way and for the right reasons.
  • Attend formal meetings to support with note taking and advice, and where appropriate, attend in-person meetings or facilitated conversations and mediations.
  • Spending dedicated time covering the helpdesk phone line, coaching, and advising callers, as well as triaging cases.
  • Administrative duties, including invites and other letters, note-taking at key meetings, maintenance of in-house trackers, and upkeep of SharePoint files and Oracle HRM.
