We are seeking a highly motivated Midlands and North Sales Lead to join our team at Tempest Resourcing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the Midlands and North of England, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our business in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and business development within the education recruitment sector, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Strong leadership and management abilities, as well as exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills, are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including private healthcare, company share scheme, and hybrid working arrangements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Grow, lead, and manage a high-potential sales team based in Manchester to cover the whole of the Midlands, North-East, and North-West.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with MATs and secure positions on UK-wide PSLs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a growth-focused sales and partnership strategy to expand the business and achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, delivering exceptional service and managing high-value accounts.
  • New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities with schools, academies, and educational organisations, helping to establish a robust client base for the region.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and business development within the education recruitment sector.
