Midlands and North of England Regional Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Director to lead our infrastructure operations in the Midlands and North of England. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering major infrastructure projects and managing teams of people.
As Regional Director, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a long-term strategy and vision for the success and growth of the business within the area of responsibility. You will work closely with our diverse team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, to budget and to a high-quality standard.
Main Responsibilities- Developing and delivering a long-term strategy and vision for the success and growth of the business within the area of responsibility.
- Recruiting, developing and leading a team towards achievement of the long-term strategy, ensuring projects have appropriate resources and expertise.
- Ensuring project fees and budgets are adhered to, with robust contract and project change control processes to ensure Client approvals are in place to facilitate monthly invoicing.
- Managing the delivery of work through proactive involvement where appropriate and thorough performance management of personnel to ensure work is completed in a timely manner to a high-quality standard.
- Approving training plans to ensure succession planning and career development takes place.
