About the RoleThis position involves managing all service works within a defined region, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of projects. You will be responsible for supervising Project Engineers and Site Technicians, providing leadership and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Project planning and management: Plan and coordinate service works, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Commercial and budget management: Manage project budgets, negotiate quotations, and control costs.
- Site management: Coordinate site resources, labor, materials, and plant to meet project requirements.
- H&S management: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
- People management: Supervise and develop Project Engineers and Site Technicians to achieve business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the water industry or relevant sector.
- Strong commercial awareness, forecasting, construction contracts, and change management skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Subcontractor management experience.
- Customer-facing skills and problem-solving abilities.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000, depending on experience. The company also offers a car allowance, bonus scheme, and comprehensive benefits package.
