Job Description

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director in the Midlands and North of England region.

As a successful candidate, you will have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales and business development within the education recruitment sector, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

You will lead a high-performing sales team based in Manchester, driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships with MATs and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow, lead, and manage a high-potential sales team based in Manchester to cover the whole of the Midlands, North-East, and North-West.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with MATs and secure positions on UK-wide Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs).
  • Develop and implement a growth-focused sales and partnership strategy to expand the business and achieve revenue targets.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, delivering exceptional service and managing high-value accounts.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with schools, academies, and educational organisations.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
