Job Title: Sales Territory Manager - UK North

This role involves managing our sales operations in the North of the UK (Midlands to and including Scotland) and requires a seasoned sales professional.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. To meet and surpass assigned sales targets by actively promoting all available products and services.
  2. To effectively grow and manage the designated territory to drive revenue growth.
  3. To establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders within the territory.
  4. To develop and implement a Business Plan that aligns with company objectives, including clear strategies and milestones for success.
  5. To collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  6. To provide regular pipeline updates and reports, and to execute targeted sales initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. The successful candidate must be resident within the territory.
  2. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a background in healthcare being advantageous.
  3. A minimum of 2+ years of sales experience is necessary, preferably within the medical device or medical simulation sectors.
  4. A proven track record of developing relationships and driving sales is essential; experience presenting to physicians, faculty, and simulation labs is highly desirable.
Physical Demands:
  1. The ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

In order to excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a proven ability to manage diverse accounts. Proficiency in solution-based selling and creative closing techniques is vital. Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience.
