Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at 15below Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering enterprise B2B platform sales to new customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our capabilities and how they have been implemented with customers to ensure accurate presentation to prospective customers.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the total addressable market (TAM) and serviceable addressable market (SAM) to identify new business opportunities and plan sales strategies accordingly.
- Capture product development ideas for new products and enhancements to existing product features in line with our product strategy.
- Excellent track record in consultative/solution-based selling of B2B enterprise level travel tech/software.
- Experience in delivering high value/low volume sales with long sales cycles.
- Highly experienced at building relationships with global prospects and have good cultural awareness.
- Works effectively as a member of a globally distributed team.
- Positive, confident, and resilient.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and consultative sales skills.
- Passionate about the travel industry.
- Great communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Deep understanding of metrics and can use them to identify where performance improvements can be made to improve results.
We offer truly flexible working options, allowing you to work from home, our central Brighton office, or a combination of both within the UK. We also offer a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week and report to the Head of Region (EMEA).
