Nursery Apprentice Position

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our nursery team as an apprentice. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in childcare, while working closely with children and experienced professionals.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis position involves providing high-quality care and education to children, creating a warm and stimulating environment that fosters their emotional, social, and educational development. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.
- Working closely with colleagues to provide a holistic approach to childcare.
- Recording observations and planning for a small group of children.
- Contributing to the development of policies and procedures that promote the welfare of children.
This role offers a competitive salary of £40 per hour, increasing to the National Minimum/Living Wage after 12 months of employment. You will also receive comprehensive training from Showcase Training, covering topics such as childcare practices, child development, and safeguarding. Additionally, you will gain valuable experience and skills in a supportive and dynamic work environment.
