The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and nurturing environment that promotes emotional, social, and educational development in children. Key duties include:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to children, including washing, changing, and feeding
  • Acting as a key worker to a small group of children and recording observations and planning
  • Assisting with meeting the personal and emotional needs of individual children
  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

This full-time position involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The estimated annual salary for this role is £16,484 - £17,336.

Showcasetraining is committed to providing comprehensive training and development opportunities. As a Nursery Apprentice, you will have access to the following programs:

  • NCFE/CACHE Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner (15 Months) OR NCFE/CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator (18 months)
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English (unless exempt)
