About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Adult Senior Care Worker to join our team at Kitnocks House, where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for supporting daily living activities, including personal care and social engagement, while prioritising workload and seeking advice from senior staff when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
  • Prioritise workload and seek guidance from senior staff when needed.
  • Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and clinical reviews to ensure comprehensive care planning.
