We are currently recruiting for a Care and Support Professional to join our team in [Location].
This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, whilst making a positive impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably with individuals with learning disabilities
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
