Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £11.44 per hour, with an enhanced rate of £11.90 for weekend shifts. We also offer a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, Death in Service Payment, pension scheme, benefits and well-being platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card with access to over 15,000 discounts nationwide.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and assisting with medication. You will also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework. No social care experience is necessary, we are looking for individuals who possess compassion, resilience, and a willingness to learn new skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to follow individual care plans, develop strong relationships with clients, and work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
