A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an Nursery Apprentice to join a friendly local nursery in Clanfield, Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm atmosphere, providing childcare, and assisting with safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, friendly, and stimulating environment
- Provide childcare, including washing, changing, and feeding
- Act as key worker to a small group of children
- Complete apprenticeship work and record observations
- Assist with meeting personal and emotional needs
- Safeguard and promote child welfare
- Adhere to nursery policies and procedures
Training and Development:
As part of our commitment to your growth and development, we are offering the following training:
- NCFE/CACHE Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner (15 months)
- NCFE/CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator (18 months)
- Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English (unless exempt)
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities.
