Job Title: Early Years Childcare Level 3 Apprentice

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Years Childcare Level 3 Apprentice. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in early years education while working towards a nationally recognized qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Children's Development: Work closely with a small group of children, allocated to you, to plan and deliver engaging activities that promote their cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Help maintain online learning journals, communicate effectively with parents, and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Safety and Wellbeing: Supervise mealtimes, nappy changing, and toileting, ensuring the highest standards of safety and hygiene are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
  • A valid L2 childcare qualification is essential for this role.
  • You must undergo a DBS check and have a clear understanding of safeguarding principles.
  • Gcse A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths or equivalent qualifications are required.
Working Conditions:
  • This position involves working 30 hours per week, between 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday.
