Hadland Care Group: Early Years Childcare Level 3 Apprentice

In this rewarding role, you will be working closely with experienced colleagues to develop your skills and knowledge in early years education. As an Early Years Childcare Level 3 Apprentice, you will play a vital part in shaping the lives of young children and contributing to their growth and development.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the children in your care.
  • Record Keeping and Communication: Maintain accurate records of children's progress, communicate effectively with parents, and contribute to team meetings and discussions.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Ensure the well-being and safety of the children by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene during mealtimes, nappy changing, and toileting.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • An L2 childcare qualification is mandatory for this position.
  • A clear DBS check and understanding of safeguarding principles are also essential.
  • You should hold gcse A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths or equivalent qualifications.
Working Arrangements:
  • This role requires a 30-hour workweek, from 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday.
