Childcare Development Assistant

**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to embark on a career in childcare. As a Nursery Apprentice, you will be working closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge, while contributing to the delivery of high-quality care and education to young children.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages children's emotional, social, and educational development.
- Providing all aspects of care for children, including washing, changing, and feeding.
- Acting as a key worker to a small group of children and recording observations and planning for them.
- Completing Apprenticeship work set by Showcase Training Assessor.
