Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Mid Yorkshire region. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers in the primary care sector, with the potential to work across secondary care where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the local health economy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with local market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of national campaigns in the local context.
  • Take personal accountability for achieving sales growth and activity targets, escalating issues as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Basic understanding of account management principles and philosophies.
  • Basic understanding of NHS structure, policies, and drivers in line with the local health economy.
  • Positive mindset with the ability to work in a complex and ever-changing environment.
  • Good understanding of IT systems and ability to learn and adapt to new processes in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level or Healthcare professional ABPI Accreditation (within 1 year).
