Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the Mid Yorkshire region. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry or role
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
