Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Independent Financial Services team
* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
* Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
