Role Summary:

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, from addressing customer inquiries to managing inventory, making this position ideal for those who thrive in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Efficiently manage customer inquiries via phone and in-person
  • Serve as a liaison between various departments
  • Provide customer service at the counter, assisting with package dispatch and collections
  • Oversee inventory management in designated areas
  • Process address changes and ensure timely package availability
  • Conduct inspections of damaged items

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
