Position Overview

Brook Street is seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our Accounts Department. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in administration, as no prior experience in finance is required. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing vendor invoices using our document management system, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Communicating with vendors via phone to address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Establishing new vendor accounts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Performing general account maintenance and organization.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule. We offer flexible start and finish times, with an earlier closing time on Fridays at 4 PM.
