This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Personal Administrative Assistant to join our Dental Administration Team at Assynt House, Inverness. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Dental Senior Management Team, working in the office and hybrid work from home on a weekly basis.

The role requires a high level of proficiency in MS365 applications, particularly MS Office, and other NHSH administration systems. While experience with SSTS and PECOS is advantageous, training will be provided to ensure your success in this position. A qualification or relevant training equivalent to SVQ level 3 is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Dental Senior Management Team
  • Manage office operations, including hybrid work arrangements
  • Develop and maintain administrative systems and processes
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
