About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Office Coordinator, providing administrative support to our Senior Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal assistance to the Senior Management Team, including note-taking and diary management.
  • Undertake compliance checks, such as 'Know Your Client' and anti-money laundering clearance processes.
  • Assist in preparing and formatting presentations, letters, and reports.
  • Keep client databases and contact information up-to-date.
  • Coordinate staff travel and accommodation as required.
  • Engage in marketing support activities, including facilitating and coordinating client events.
