Senior Office Coordinator

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Office Coordinator, providing administrative support to our Senior Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal assistance to the Senior Management Team, including note-taking and diary management.
- Undertake compliance checks, such as 'Know Your Client' and anti-money laundering clearance processes.
- Assist in preparing and formatting presentations, letters, and reports.
- Keep client databases and contact information up-to-date.
- Coordinate staff travel and accommodation as required.
- Engage in marketing support activities, including facilitating and coordinating client events.

We are looking for a proactive, efficient, and organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to suit the audiences they will be supporting.
