Branch Administrator

At Burchell Edwards, we're looking for a highly motivated individual to support our fantastic team in branch. As our Branch Administrator, you will take ownership of office administration accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a busy customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the sales team with administrative duties, including uploading property details onto major property portals and dealing with customer enquiries.
  2. Ensure office expenditure is maintained within budgeted levels.

Requirements

  1. Preferably experience as an Administrator/Secretary or similar role.
  2. Customer-focused and comfortable in a client-facing role.
  3. Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  4. Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
