Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the Business Partner Team in providing management and technical accounting services
* Manage and support the team in setting annual budgets and reporting financial performance
* Provide technical accounting services to client councils
* Develop and implement financial management systems and processes

Requirements:

* Fully CIPFA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
* Experienced in public sector finance
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
