Job Summary:

Lisa Wright Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Leader to oversee the financial management and accounting functions for a diverse portfolio of businesses. This role is integral in providing strategic financial leadership, driving profitable growth, and ensuring the continuous improvement of financial systems and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing a small finance team to achieve business objectives.
  • Delivering accurate and timely financial reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives within financial processes and systems to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Managing and mitigating financial risks to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations.
  • Ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • CIMA qualified with a strong background in finance, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industries.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Self-starter with excellent data analysis skills.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time, office-based role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
