- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the care home, including staff supervision and mentoring.
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of each child, focusing on achieving the best possible outcomes.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide a safe and loving home environment for children and young people.
- Manage budgets and rotas to ensure efficient use of resources.
- 2 years' experience working in a residential children's home.
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
- Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including shifts and sleep-ins.
