NXTGEN Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our expanding Manufacturing business in a key leadership role. As a Financial Leader, you will work closely with the Finance Director to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Month-End Close and Financial Reporting: Lead the delivery of accurate and timely financial reports, providing insights to stakeholders on financial performance.
- Annual Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying opportunities for improved performance.
- Financial Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with the Finance Director to design and deliver financial objectives, driving business growth and profitability.
- Cash Flow Management: Work with commercial and operational teams to ensure effective cash flow forecasting and cost control.
- Technical Submissions: Assist with technical submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an SME business.
- Strong IT and Excel skills, with experience of working with senior stakeholders and management.
- Ability to influence high-level decisions and drive business growth.
What We Offer:
An excellent career opportunity with a growing company, offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
