Job Description

We are looking for an Infrastructure Project Development Manager to join our team at Colas Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering complex infrastructure projects, with a focus on innovation and sustainability.

About the Role

  • Develop and deliver complex infrastructure projects, with a focus on innovation and sustainability
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and implement new technologies and processes
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure or construction sector
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
