We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Adults Support Professional to join our team at Newcross Healthcare Solutions Limited. As an Adults Support Professional, you will provide vital support to individuals with mental health needs, helping them navigate daily life with dignity and independence.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role where you will provide personal care and support to clients, assisting with daily tasks and ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will also be responsible for managing and responding to challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care and Support: Assisting clients with daily tasks, ensuring their comfort and well-being (£12-£15 per hour)
  • Challenging Behaviour Support: Managing and responding to challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism
  • Promoting Independence: Empowering clients to live as independently as possible, building their confidence and skills
  • Medication Support: Ensuring that clients receive their medication safely and on time
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
  • The ability to comfortably assist clients with limited mobility
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Prior experience working with clients who have mental health challenges (preferred, but not essential as full training is provided)
