About The Job
We are seeking a Care Team Manager (Adult Support) to join our team at HC-One Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of care assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support to our residents.
As a Care Team Manager, you will be involved in planning and implementing individualized care plans, working closely with colleagues and families to deliver personalized care. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
